Welcome to EntryPrep. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our website www.entryprep.com and all services provided by Generation Lambda Factor, Unipessoal Lda ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, purchasing any service, or using any of our educational content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use this website or our services.

2. Services Provided

EntryPrep provides educational services related to standardized test preparation and academic consulting, including:

• 1:1 coaching sessions (live online tutoring)
• Live online group courses
• Pre-recorded online courses
• Digital materials (PDF notes, guides, exercises)
• Study plans and educational consulting

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at any time.

3. Eligibility

There is no strict minimum age required to use our website or enroll in services. However, users under 18 should have parental or guardian supervision for purchases. By using our services, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments and Billing

We accept the following payment methods:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• MBWay

Prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated. All payments must be completed before access to courses, coaching, or digital materials is granted. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may suspend access until the issue is resolved.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Digital products (PDF, video lessons, recordings)

Digital content such as PDFs, recorded lessons, and downloadable materials are non-refundable. Digital content is considered consumed once accessed.

5.2 Live courses and coaching programs

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the student has not yet attended more than one live session.

After that period, or once more than one live session has been attended:

• No refunds will be issued
• Rescheduling or credit options may be offered at our discretion

5.3 1:1 Coaching sessions

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed sessions without proper notice are counted as completed and are non-refundable.

We may request proof of purchase or identity to process any refund.

6. No Guarantees of Performance or Results

We provide high-quality educational instruction, but we do not guarantee any specific test score, admission result, or performance outcome. Your progress depends on factors including your effort, study habits, time commitment, and personal circumstances. By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that results vary for each individual.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following are the property of EntryPrep or licensed to us:

• Website content and copy
• Course structures and curricula
• Teaching methods and frameworks
• Branding, logos, and design elements

7.2 Partial ownership and licensed content

Some materials (PDFs, slides, exercises, third-party resources) may contain licensed or third-party content. Such content is used under appropriate licenses, permissions, or fair use.

7.3 Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Copy, share, or distribute course videos without permission
• Forward PDFs or other study materials to third parties
• Upload EntryPrep content to public platforms
• Sell, sublicense, or commercialize any part of our content
• Record coaching sessions or live classes without written consent

Violation of these rules may result in termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use our content only for personal study purposes
• Not misuse or interfere with the website’s functionality
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
• Respect intellectual property rights

9. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

EntryPrep uses third-party tools as part of delivering its services, including but not limited to:

• Webflow (website hosting and infrastructure)
• Stripe, PayPal, MBWay (payment processing)
• YouTube (video hosting and embedding)
• Google Analytics 4 (analytics)
• Google Ads & Meta/Facebook Ads (advertising and remarketing)
• Cookiebot (cookie consent management)
• N8N (workflow automation for form submissions)

These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. For more information about how your personal data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

10. Availability of Services

We strive to maintain continuous access to our website and educational services. However, we do not guarantee that the website or live sessions will always be available without interruption. Maintenance work, technical issues, or factors beyond our control may lead to temporary unavailability.

If significant disruption affects a scheduled session or course, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
• We do not guarantee any specific GMAT, EA, or other test result.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platforms such as Webflow, payment processors, communication tools, or internet providers.

Your use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services or website, without refund, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
• You share or redistribute our content without permission
• We detect fraudulent activity or chargeback

We also reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any course or service for operational reasons. In such cases, we may offer alternative dates, credits, or partial refunds at our discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, unless otherwise required by applicable EU law.
